Alcohol influences men to mischief.

Mischief makers are everywhere. The difference is how the society reacts to their acts.

A man in the city of Bunnell, Florida, USA, stopped traffic and a train because he was doing some horseback riding under the influence, police say.

The man’s name was given as Charles Cowart, 29. According to reports, Charles went riding in the middle of U.S. 1 and up the train tracks, and officers had to stop the southbound train.

Investigators said Cowart eventually fell off the horse and ran into to the woods but was later found by police dogs.

Cowart is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest without violence, fleeing and eluding, and cruelty to animals.
